Fixed issue where the tooltip was getting clipped at the top of the plot under certain circumstances.

1. A chart’s configuration in no longer passed as properties of the component, but rather a <Chart> is composed by adding components such as axes, tracker, tooltip, and a plot.
2. Charts can now have two x-axes and two y-axes.

4. Scatter charts allow setting/updating the spline (interpolation).
5. Cleaner updates and performance.

The SVG container height was incorrectly calculated for the raster chart.

1. When the width property for the ScatterChart and for the RasterChart are not specified, and the width is specified as a percentage in the new svgStyle properties object, then the width of the chart will remain that percentage of the parent’s width when the user resizes the window.
2. Updated the SVG node ids so that they remain unique to each instance of a chart type.

Previously, the charts subscribed to the rxjs observable upon mounting, and started consuming data. The default behaviour after this update is the same. However, now, using the shouldSubscribe property, you can control when the chart subscribes to the data.

Switched the ChartData interface to use a map of series names to new series data, rather than relying on indexes. Now a map with the series name and an array of Datum is all that’s needed to update the chart. This removes the tedious bookkeeping required when using indexes.
